While we can book events that are less than a month away, we recommend to book at least one month out from your event date. We do not have a limit on how far out you can book. Having at least one month helps ensure sufficient time to plan your design, order balloons, and prepare the design.

and we can confirm our availability for your date. If we are available and you agree to the quote, we do require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. The remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
